Our policy lasts 7 days starting from the delivery date. If 7 days have gone by, since your items have been delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

HAIR EXTENSIONS and Coris Collection’s items:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Exchanges are only permitted if we sent you the wrong texture or length (wrong item). You have 7 days starting the day of delivering. Over that period, no exchange can be made. In order to get your bundle(s) exchanged, please send an e-mail to  info@mycorishair.com . Please add your order number and ‘Exchange’ as subject.

Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and with all tags attached. Coris Collection items must be in their original packaging and not damaged. All returned items must be accompanied by the original paper invoice or a printed copy of the e-mailed version.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. So please make sure to save your order confirmation e-mail until you are sure that you do not want to return the items (more than 7 days from the delivering day).

To process an exchange, please forward your order confirmation e-mail or e-mail us your order confirmation number to info@mycorishair.com. Please write “Exchange” on the subject line.

****Please note that if there is missing of one of the requirements cited above we won’t be able to process your exchange; and the order must be returned with all the gifts sent with****

 

Rush Exchange:
-You can request for a new order and receive your refund when the original item arrives back.
-If you are placing your new order online then, you will receive your new purchase after the payment is received from our side.
-When we receive and process the eligible returned product, we’ll issue the refunds or store credit containing no expiry date.

 

SALE ITEMS:

Only regular priced items may be exchangeable. Sale items cannot be exchanged.

 

SHIPPING: 

If it is our mistake, then, we will pay for shipping back to us. Otherwise, buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
