SHIPPING TIMES: Please read below

–        BUNDLES/CLOSURES: Dear, because of the nature of our hair,

**please allow us 1-9 business days for Raw Hair order processing, with an additional 2-3 business days for delivery. Then, the order may take approximately 2 weeks.

**Please allow 1-6 days for Virgin Hair, with an additional 2-3 business days for delivery.

However, you may receive your order earlier depending on the availability of our stock.

–        SALES: Dear, please allow us additional 3-6 business days during sales.

** We actually do not ship on Saturday, Sundays or Holidays.***

 

Dear, please make sure to put your right contact information while creating your Coris Hair account. Your order status will be available onto your account. you can also put the received tracking number into UPS website and track your order. It may take up to 24 hours for your estimated delivery date to appear.

 

International Orders: Dear, please make sure to check your country’s customs office to be aware of all additional costs that may applied. Theses following charges are at the buyer’s expense:  Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item prices or shipping cost.

 

Dear, please do not make any hair appointments until you receive your hair. Coris Hair is not responsible for late shipments due to incorrect address input, weather issues, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind weekends and holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We use USPS/UPS to deliver your package. We do not offer a reimbursement of shipping charge in case of a package delay. If you have any question about the shipping, please contact us.

 

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES, INCORRECT ADDRESSES, AND REFUSED DELIVERIES:

Your order will normally be shipped via USPS/UPS to the address you provide. Tracking numbers are sent to your email address as soon as soon as a shipping label is created. After checking if you do not receive a tracking number, please let us know. Delays are most of the times caused by incorrect address. Please make sure that you included ALL the information (address, apt #, etc)  needed to deliver the package. Shipping address cannot be changed once orders are placed. If we receive your returned order, we will ship it back at your expense. Coris hair will not be responsible for returned packages.

Dear, you got to know that once we ship the order, we do not have any way to give special delivery instructions to the USPS/UPS person. Usually, USPS/UPS make several attempts to deliver your package and may also try to reach you out on phone to arrange an alternative delivery. It is your responsibility to arrange for package pick-up if necessary. No refunds will be made for refused or abandoned shipments.

 

LOST SHIPMENTS:

In case of a lost package, please contact us by email immediately. We will contact USPS/UPS to start an investigation. This investigation may take up to 10 business days. We will not replace or refund lost packages.
